Kuppso Limited has issued this Privacy Notice to describe how we handle the personal data that we hold about subscribers, visitors to this website, users of our mobile application and any other third parties with whom Kuppso has entered into a business relationship with.
We respect the privacy rights of individuals and are committed to handling personal information responsibility and in accordance with applicable laws. This Privacy Notice explains who we are, how we collect, share and use personal information about you and how you can exercise your privacy rights. It applies to all individuals who access our website at www.kuppso.com, use our mobile application or engage our services.

We are Kuppso Limited, a company registered in England under number 15327141. Our office is 56 Pure Offices, Plato Close. Leamington Spa CV34 6WE. The following information represents our subscribers regarding your Personal Data and how we will process it. The policy applies to all individuals who access our website, our mobile app  and / or engage our services. We encourage you to read this Privacy Notice in full, to ensure that you are fully informed.

The term “subscriber(s)” or “customer(s)” refers to a person who has registered through our app for the purposes of engaging our services and for whom we provide contracted services.
The term “partners” refers to the independent businesses who distribute Kuppso beverages. 
The term “personal data” includes all data that we collect by you that relates to a living individual who can be identified from that data (the “data subject”). The term personal data includes any information identifying a data subject or information relating to a data subject that we can identify (directly or indirectly) from that data alone or in combination with other identifiers we possess or can reasonably access. Personal data includes special categories of personal data but excludes anonymous data or data that has had the identity of an individual permanently removed. Personal data can be factual (for example, a name, email address, location or date of birth) or an opinion about that person’s actions or behaviour.
A visitor to the site, a user of our app and services, a subscriber is referred to as “you”, “yourself” and “your”


What does Kuppso do?


Kuppso is a subscription service for individuals enabling them to consume quality coffee from a network of independent businesses for a set monthly fee. There are three subscription levels tailored to subscribers coffee consumption.

We collect and process personal information where necessary to perform our services with you. Our legal basis for collecting and using the personal data will depend on our relationship with you and the specific context in which we collect it.

Where we are processing special categories of personal data which will include data relating to health our lawful basis for so doing will include, depending on our relationship with you:

In this case, we may have to cancel the service that you have with us.

Your personal information is processed in the UK. Our website servers are located in the UK. Kuppso operates in the UK. When we collect your personal information, we do so in accordance with applicable law.

What personal data is collected through this website and app and how is it used?


General information, such as which pages users access, is automatically collected by our web server through use of your IP addresses. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are on the internet. We use your IP address to monitor the number of pages accessed, help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our web site. We do not link your IP address to anything personally identifiable, so you will remain anonymous in the analysis of these logs.


How can you stop the use of your personal data for direct marketing?


We never share your personal details with third parties for the purposes of direct marketing. You may opt out of our direct marketing by clicking the unsubscribe button in any marketing email communication that we may send to you.
You may opt out of our direct marketing by changing your preferences in your account, by logging into the Kuppso Coffee Club app, go to ‘my account’ and change your preferences.

This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for the privacy policies of any of any third parties operating any site or website (including and without limitation, any app) that is available through this site or to which this site contains a link. The availability of, or inclusion of a link to any such site or property on the site does not imply endorsement of it by us or our affiliates. Links to external websites are provided only for your convenience. Kuppso does not check any external linked websites. Since these external sites are not under the control of Kuppso Coffee Club we are not responsible for their content.
